Catering
The CROUS-run cafeteria provides students with low-cost meals. There is also a self-service dining area with microwave facilities. A ten-minute drive away is the restaurant at the Anglet university campus. Finally, a number of restaurants on the technology park offer a lunch menu at a preferential "student" rate.

Accommodation - ERLEAK student residence
Since the start of the new academic year in September 2017, a residence reserved for ESTIA students has been established in Bidart. Located in the centre of Bidart village, it comprises 43 individual flats and two T3 apartments, all fully equipped and with a storeroom.

OYAM campsite & residences (Bidart)
Since 2020, ESTIA has had a partnership with the OYAM campsite in Bidart for student accommodation. Students have access to comfortable mobile homes. They include a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, individual toilets and reversible air conditioning. Set in wooded surroundings, students have access to the sports facilities (city stadium, table tennis, swimming pool in season, etc.) and amenities of the campsite. They also benefit from the permanent presence of an on-site contact person (night watchman and receptionist), a Wi-Fi network tailored to their needs, a direct bus route and access to the Bidart greenway, which allows them to cycle to school. Every year, 150 students choose this type of accommodation which, as well as being user-friendly, offers great flexibility in terms of the length of the rental contract.

RESIDENCE MER ET GOLF IIBARRITZ (Bidart)
Visale scheme ( ex Clé - Caution Locative Étudiante Lokaviz )
The Student Rental Deposit (Clé) has been replaced by the Visale scheme from Action logement. This guarantee, provided by Action Logement, acts as a guarantor for the applicant. This free service is very easy to apply for (see the Visale guide for more information). Good to know: you need to take the necessary steps before signing the lease.
Understanding how to choose your student insurance: To choose your student insurance properly, it's important to be aware of the main options available. Student health insurance, which supplements Social Security, is crucial for avoiding unexpected medical expenses, such as a specialist consultation that can cost between €50 and €100. Student mutual insurers offer suitable cover from as little as €10 a month. Home insurance, which is compulsory for tenants, costs an average of €30 a year and protects against claims such as water damage. Finally, third-party liability insurance covers damage to others, and is generally included in packages costing from €50 a year, as offered by ADH. These bundled packages enable you to save money while benefiting from comprehensive protection.
Housing - Co-housing with OFFICE64 de l'Habitat
OFFICE64 de l'Habitat's Co-Housing scheme brings together senior citizens aged over 60 and young people under 30 to live together.
It addresses the housing problems of students and young adults.
The system offers low-cost accommodation for young people and a reassuring presence for senior citizens. The contract is governed by law and supervised by OFFICE64. Since August 2023, 14 pairs have been formed, saving money and promoting social cohesion.
